Most marketers decide what your marketing strategy should (and will) be before they even meet you. They have their way of doing things…a template of ideas and approaches that, one way or another, they will fit you or your business into. A specific marketing strategy is not developed for you, regardless of how different your business is from others. To them, every business is the same and should be marketed the same way. The message is simple: You are not important to them. They have one way of doing things. No thought. No creativity. No initiative. M1M does not and will not do business that way.

Instead of immediately telling you what we think you need, we take a three-pronged approach to come up with a recommendation for your marketing strategy.

  1. What is your business? What service do you provide? What do you make or sell? How is it doing? Is it meeting the goals you set for it? What do you think its strengths and weaknesses are? What is your goal? How do you feel it is perceived? Only after we understand all aspects of your business do we move on.
  2. We need to understand your industry? What is it? How does it work? What is your place in it? Is it what you want it to be? What is your reputation? Once we fully understand your industry, we can move on to the next area.
  3. What is your current marketing strategy? How have you been marketing? Digital and/or traditional? How has it been received? Has it worked?

Only after we understand your company, your industry, and your current marketing approach will we create a strategy that suits your specific needs.
